I am a Vinyasa trained Yoga Teacher where my teaching reflects my personality; a bit quirky, dynamic, strong yet supportive.
I love opening group practices with a brief initial meditation loaded with intention to create a calm climate as well as a comfortable and welcoming environment that I try to maintain throughout the session.
I offer group & private sessions, please contact me for individual rates.

HOLISTIC NUTRITION
Our bodies are dynamic organisms in constant change, and evolution. Each of us is unique, so there is no single approach to a healthy life .
The purpose of my practice as a coach is to find a specific solution for you that fits your daily routine and complements your personality and individual perspective and values.
I am very clear when I say it is not about diets, guidelines, norms or dietary restrictions.
The goal is not to find a single point of balance but to learn to balance at whatever point you are currently at. Building a solid base of self-knowledge with the support and adequate accompaniment .
I like to incorporate creating habits that fit your circumstances, your body, goals and your preferences.
Encourage physical and emotional health by hosting a unique and personal learning space with specific tools to consolidate these habits.
The holistic approach in my practice allows to broaden the area of action, taking attention not only to the foods that are ingested but also to other factors that are not traditionally taken into account. This complete vision of the person, allows the benefits to be extended generating a greater global welfare in the different areas of life.
The nutritional coaching component consists of:
* re-learning to eat
* knowing optimal foods for your own health & creating your own tools to know how balance
* learn how to nourish your body with an adequate food intake, eliminate toxins & control stress or anxiety
* learn what areas are lacking attention and may cause discomfort
* preparing foods and route to purchase
The coaching style of life consists of:

* increase enthusiasm, strengthen self esteem & empowerment
* decision making
* identify established patterns and look for new lines of conduct that allow real changes
