Self Nourishment:
A Full Moon Practice in March

Self Nourishment: Full Moon Ritual is a bi-monthly 2 hour container designed to help you slow down, soften and replenish in rhythm with the moon.
Each gathering begins with a gentle, intentional slow flow, gradually transitioning into longer held yin postures to support release and deep rest. Throughout the practice, essential oils are offered to enhance the sensory experience, alongside nurturing cranial and head/neck release to invite the body into a state of ease.
The evening closes with an extended savasana accompanied by live sound bowls, allowing the nervous system to fully settle and integrate.
This is a spacious, supportive ritual ~ a place to pause, recalibrate and return to yourself.

Each gathering concludes with a shared cup of tea, guided journal reflection and intention setting, offering space to pause, reflect and consciously set yourself up for the month ahead.
As part of the experience, we’re grateful to Wanderlust, who will be gifting each guest with a take-home product to continue your self-nourishment beyond the studio.

Location: This gathering will take place in a beautiful, private space in Warrandyte — held by nature, quiet and intentionally designed for slowing the nervous system and settling in.
A public car park is available a short walk away at the Gold Heritage Walk (Fourth Hill) Carpark on Gold Memorial Road, with additional street parking nearby.
We recommend arriving a little earlier to allow time to park and walk up to the space — letting the gentle approach become part of your arrival ritual and transition into the afternoon.

This is a 4 hour immersive experience designed for anyone wanting to slow down, reconnect, and feel grounded as the season shifts. Through yoga, breathwork, journaling, guided reflection, and seasonal rituals, you’ll discover how rhythm is medicine — and gain tools to make it part of your everyday life. This immersion will be held in a beautiful, private space nestled in Warrandyte, surrounded by nature and designed for slowing down and settling in.
Parking at the venue itself is limited and kindly prioritised for guests with mobility needs, practitioners, hosts, and drop-offs. A public car park is located approximately 200 metres away at the Gold Heritage Walk Carpark (Fourth Hill Carpark) on Gold Memorial Road, with additional street parking available near the driveway.
Please allow a little extra time to arrive, park, and enjoy the gentle walk up to the house — an intentional transition into the day.
