Guided by the energy of the New Moon — a quiet space between endings and beginnings — we’ll enjoy Ceremonial Grade Cacao by our friends at Nourish Hub, gather to set intentions through journaling, move through a slow and fluid flow, then fully surrender into deep rest, bathed in a live sound immersion.

Float away from this 2 hour experience feeling a deep sense of inner peace and guided by an intentional path forward. The perfect way to spend your Sunday afternoon.

What to bring? We recommend wearing activewear and maybe bring a blanket / cushion so you can be extra comfy for the sound immersion. We supply the mats. Bring your friends or come solo. We can’t wait to see you.
